• Shipping & Handling:  We will ship through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS
  Continental U.S. - Add $20.00 for each piece
  Outside Lower 48 - Varies depending on location

• Method of Payment:   U.S. Currency ONLY - No Sales Tax

• Check or Money Order made payable to J.H. Johnson

• VISA/Master Card:   You are welcome to mail or call us with your credit card number if you are uncomfortable sending it by E-mail.
